Wow. Quite a number of comments on MER chapter 41.

First of all, I’d like to sincerely thank all of those who appreciate my translating and put up with the insertions of my own opinions within the story. It’s really encouraging and quite motivating. The reason I translate really is for you guys. I know I only reply to some people’s thanks, but just fyi, those are people for whom it is the first time commenting. I’m really happy when I see that you guys say thank you. Gratitude is always something I honestly appreciate. Continuing on…

Second, if there’s something you readers are unsatisfied with, please tell me! I’m not translating for myself! I’m not unreasonable, and if you’re polite or at the least, not rude, I will try my best to accommodate. If the translator notes or just my thoughts have been disruptive, I can totally move them to the bottom of the page or keep them to myself. If my grammar or wording is weird or too stiff, feel free to correct! I won’t take constructive criticism personally.

Third, I seriously won’t drop these novels, or more like, I’ll make sure they will continue to be translated in the event that I do drop them (which is unlikely). Just take my opinionated insertions as just emotional rants. In other words, ignore them. I know both MER and Totem are appreciated by a number of people and take that into consideration.

Alright. My thoughts end here. Again, many thanks to those who continue to be supportive and appreciative.

  8. Thank you very much! We appreciate what you’re doing. If you wanted you could just read by yourself without bothering to put pen on paper, finger on keyboard to share with us. I personally enjoy your inputs and now that you clarified that they are simply you venting out your frustration; I’m relieved. What I’m scared of was that you would ommit the parts that you find distasteful and change the authors story. Since you’re not doing that I’m quite relieved. Thank you very much for the trouble you’re going through for us and sorry if some people have been pretty blunt with you.

Meh thoughts opions an rants are just like as*holes everbody has one…whats important is how you deal with it….chap 41 didnt really bother me much….no i dont think such behavior is ok in our modern world….but in a world of the jungle like most of these types of cultivation stories are based i did find chap 41 to actually be some what refreshing were the mc actually seems to acknowledge that he is a man an at least has some idea at to what his penis can be used for more then just taking a p*ss….it gets damn annoying to read these stories some times with the mcs who focus only on cultivation.

    It some times feels like this (mc needs to cultivate for the cultivation to increase the cultivation so that the cultivation can grow so the cultivation will be easier but yet harder an higher cultivation at later stages of the cultivation because the cultivation is still to weak so the cultivation still needs to grow more cultivation) inserrt random idiot against the mc…. you how dare you make me feel insecure about myself family or name….roar…. lets fight to the death….couple of biff arhgs, urhgs, pop, snaps, an maybe a few gallons of vomited blood later….random idiot gets all 4 limbs cut off is laying on the ground then lifted into the air by some random jedi force then proceeds to be killed by having his skull an spine shoved out of the back of his a** causing the image of his face to protrude out if his sphincter like a face mashed against a tightly stretched latex screen with all of his entrails an bowels in the aftermath to then explode out of him covering random combat arena an the mc in a runny chunky filled mist of blood spinel fluid p*ss an fecal matter….mc leaves the combat area (in a im a boss kinda atmosphere)

    Then it usually goes 1 of 3 ways…mc catches a glimpse of a pretty girl..

    The 1st way….omg shes so pretty (insert random 10 paragraphs of her exaggerated looks that seem to indicate that one should be considered lucky if he was given the privilege to suck the sh*t out of her a** an he better be damn happy about it) then mc that was previously dripping power an masculinity with it all but oozing from ever pour of his body suddenly an magically changes into this blushingly pure creature that cant even bring himself to look at her further but from that one glance is some how filled with an undying love that could last for 50,000 thousand years then he’ll dive into self-deprecating rant of how he isnt worthy of her for some useless bloated craptastic reason….

    The 2nd way….mc catches a glimpse of pretty girl…. omg she so pretty (insert 8 paragraphs of otherworldy apperance that all but imply if she was to blink her eyes the sun would explode the moon would crash from the skies an the world itself would split killing the whole damned human race) then the mc goes into an internal monolog of how happy he would be if he could just live off of her toenail clippings mixed with 3 month old toe jam for 3 meals a day for the rest of his lifetime then they become friends an maybe a hug or two mixed with a omg *gasp* they held hands then thats it….

    The 3rd way……mc catches a glimpse of the pretty girl (insert random 9 paragraps of astronomically in callable amounts of her beauty that screams if she was to just let out a soft sigh of discontented atmosphere the universe itself would implode causing the death of everything in it) surprisingly said female has a intrest in the mc for whatever random f*ck*ng reason an would like to get to know the mc better…some times the females are gentle an subtle about it and seem to genuinely care about the mc an would probably give their lives for him with out a moments thought… sometimes they’re aggressive an all but throw their fur covered sausge wallets in his face an beg for just a drop of his baby batter so that his genes with overwhelmingly strong strenght can live on…. but nope mc aint got time for that cause he’s got to reach a higher level of cultivation for the cultivation to properly cultivate the cultivation he might reach after the cultivation training of the cultivation……..

    Its like yeah im sure the 20 minutes to an hour you might spend pounding that a** is really going to have a huge negative impact on your cultivation…hell the mc better stop wasting his time taking a p*ss or dropping a deuce as well cause thats wasted time…… hes not cultivating while doing those things either…

    So yes after reading untold amounts of stories with mcs like i have described above its refreshing to see an mc that at least…. even if teasingly….acknowledges he might have a penis an might even want to * gasp* use it…..in the law of the jungle world were gore filled murder is ok so is the act of the strong mating with those that are able…of my own personal morality if i had to choose which is worse…id have to say murder is worse….sexual assult type things can be over come to some degree with time an proper counseling improving ones mentality allowing a person to properly heal….there is no overcomming murder thats it…. its over done no repeats no healing an no amount of time can ever fix it nor mend it at all

    So with my monster sized post an rant typed up…i thank you for your time an effort on this project
